PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient
operation of the office and related processes. The role involves managing office tasks, assisting in
planning and coordinating administrative activities, and providing support to team members of
Faberco Life Science.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management
– Day to day monitoring of the office facilities and keep the building maintenance and
security
– Management of non-trade supplies
– Handling adhoc office duties/ scheduling of meetings, answering phone, organizing
files and letter drafting and sending
Executive Support
– Calendar Management of COO
– Planning and coordinating meeting arrangement including travel and lodging of the
management
– Facilitate the admin part of all expense report prior to submission to finance
– Monthly report consolidation and submission
• Operational Committee Support
– Processing and monitoring of Cash advances and ERs and other related expenses of
sales.
– Support to all related trainings and activities
– CME consolidation, scheduling and all logistics related to the activity including
processing of honorarium and KOLs servicing
– Printing of Time in and Time out thru Pocketwise for ER and Payroll file attachment

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related course
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred, ideally within an office
environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, scheduling tools).
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
