LAMIVUDINE + ZIDOVUDINE + NEVIRAPINE

This combination of Zidovudine, Nevirapine and Lamivudine is a fixed dose medication used alone as a complete regimen or in combination of other medications for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). This is a recommended treatment for patients weighing at least 35 kg, as well as pregnant and breast-feeding patients. Zidovudine and Lamivudine are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) and Nevirapine is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI).
