Product Manager

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Responsible for the management of product life cycle from pre to mature product phase – management, brand planning

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Responsible for the management of product life cycle from pre to mature product phase –
management, brand planning and commercialization. The product manager will be in charge in
sustaining product entry and growth.
The role reports directly to the Marketing Head and Public Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing strategic business and marketing plans and all marketing
activities, in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Ensuring achievement of brand targets, product growth and market share (MS)
• Development of marketing promotional tools and advertising assets
• Provide training and presentations to various departments
• Medical support in KOL activities, congresses, and other medical related events
• Discussion partner for first, second and third-line professionals such as HCPs and other
medical professionals
• Manage financial responsibility for advertising and promotions (A&P)
• Adherence to company SOP and internal compliance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of any related course.
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• More than 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in customer and market insight.
• Experience in marketing execution and monitoring.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to perform data correlation and triangulate data from various sources.
• Digital marketing capabilities will be preferred.
• Vaccine market knowledge and launch experience are an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, collaboration/negotiation skills.
• Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
• Solution-oriented and resourceful.
• Sound decision-making skills and self-motivated.

Medical Sales Representative

Job Objective: Responsible for conveying the accurate information of the licensed pharmaceutical products and medical devices of Faberco Life Sciences

Job Objective:

Responsible for conveying the accurate information of the licensed pharmaceutical products and medical devices of Faberco Life Sciences Inc to the targeted healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Science related course is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must know how to use basic Microsoft Office.
  • Must have presentation, communication, research, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Must have driver’s license.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve the unmet scientific needs of the healthcare professionals
  • Represent the company to the medical community
  • Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists and develop the product usage of the products being presented based on its scientific rationale
  • Provide timely reports regarding the feedback from the healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining detailed records
  • Attending and organizing medical education activities and meetings for the healthcare professionals
